just google it, put the whole name like "BenQ S2W 3300U vista drivers" on google. It's that simple, you will find the drivers right away on BenQ's website.

That scanner is an older model and Manufacturers website don´t have drivers for Vista use! Maybe you can find it else were if the scanner is an good and popular one? I hope it helps
